Outbound Call Center Agent
Customer Service Representative
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Perform outbound and inbound calling to obtain new accounts
*Organize and deliver customer offers, proposals and presentations.
*Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions
*Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service.
*Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, promotions and policies keep up to date on the telecommunications market.
*Manage accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction which includes organizing, installations, account setup and maintenance, contracts, offering appropriate answer and solutions to customer issues and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City area
*Candidate must have finished atleast 2nd year of college or any diploma /2-years course
*Must have be an effective team player; with flexible and amiable personality
*Experienced in a call center is an advantage
*Can speak English — Tagalog languages
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Strong sales experience in telecommunications or a related technology based industry to small-medium businesses
*Must be strong prospecting, negotiating and building relationship skills.
*Motivated and enthusiastic team contributor
