We have several eForms (AcroForms/FDF/XFDF).
We need a simple web page (written in c #) .net version 3.5 which will take input (just like eForm attached here with "Form1B.PDF" and generate a filled eForm with name Form1B_Filled.PDF.
Remember the output form should have all the existing java script intact.
We suggest use of open source pdf library itextsharp, and avoid using any third party control which is commercial or cannot be deployed on shard hosting environment.
As per our estimate this is one man day effort.
