I need a Jack of All Trades to help me out over the next few days on a web design project.  Skill sets would include:

1.  Photoshop touch up (not original design)

2.  Integrating a purchased flash component into a design

3.  HTML production

4.  Coding up a very simple email collector

Please respond with your hourly rate.  You can either provide a blended rate or different rates depending on the task.  I do need someone who will be online over the next few days so that we can send files back and forth.  I am on East Coast of U.S.  You don't have to be in my time zone but the closer the better.
