Survey Form JPEG File Sample Into Microsoft Assess (Technical Sheet)

Invitation for Data Entry / Data Management Company / Technology Centre For the total Volume of Work 10,000,000 Forms Contract Period from 15 September 2010 to March 2011. Contract may be extended to next part-II of same volume.

Assess Sheet Should be Clear and not been copied or converted by any method should be properly Typed by Operator and Quality Checked by Administrative Body. The sheet will be used in the software to function. Data Entry / Data Management Company / Technology Centre will be responsible for any correction.

Mode of Payment : 30 Days Wire Transfer or Payroll

Looking for Best Proposal ( Work Can be Divided into 2 to 3 centers )

Maximum offer 15 Cents, Proposal will not be entertain above offer Value, Priority will be given to best proposal.

Monthly Target Will be divided to the volume by 6 month contract period

Security Deposit 5% of Work volume.

Bank Security Will be provided to Centres For Minimum Lobar Effect.
